By using this website and booking a demo or course with Uncanny (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Uncanny provides online spoken-English and communication coaching, including a paid demo session and paid coaching plans, delivered live over the internet.

3. Bookings & payments

Demo sessions are booked and paid online (₹29) through our payment partner, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate contact details (email and WhatsApp) so we can send your session confirmation and joining link.

4. Your conduct

Please attend the sessions you book and behave respectfully towards your coach and other learners. We may decline or discontinue service for abusive or disruptive behaviour.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials are owned by Uncanny and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't record, copy, or redistribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort and participation; we make no guarantee of specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of [your city].
