Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of the service
Uncanny provides online coaching services only. Nothing physical is shipped — there are no couriers, tracking numbers, or shipping charges.
2. How your demo is delivered
As soon as your ₹29 demo payment succeeds, your Google Meet joining link and session details are sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided — typically within a few minutes. The session itself takes place live at your chosen slot (9–10 AM or 9–10 PM IST).
3. How course plans are delivered
After you enroll in a plan, we contact you on WhatsApp within 24 hours to schedule your sessions. Sessions are delivered live over Google Meet for the duration of your plan.
