1. Demo fee (₹99)
The ₹99 demo fee is non-refundable. It reserves your seat and keeps slots available for serious learners.
2. Rescheduling a demo
Can't make your slot? Message us on WhatsApp before it starts and we'll do our best to move you to another day, subject to availability.
3. Course fees
Course fees are non-refundable. Once you enrol and pay for a plan, the fee cannot be refunded — including for missed sessions or a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to take the ₹99 demo first to make sure the coaching is right for you before you enrol.
4. Payment errors
The only exception is a genuine payment error — for example, you are charged twice, or money is debited but your booking is not confirmed. Contact us with the details and we will return the incorrect amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
